Functional Skills Tutors (x4) – Online
WEA | Short-Term National Programme
The WEA (Workers’ Educational Association) is seeking 4 experienced Functional Skills tutors to deliver intensive online courses running concurrently.
Role Details
  • Dates: 30th June – 22nd July
  • Days: Monday to Thursday
  • Time: 9:30am – 1:30pm
  • Delivery: Online (Teams/Zoom)
  • Structure: 4 courses running at the same time (1 tutor per group)
About the Role
  • Deliver Functional Skills English and/or Maths
  • Teach a consistent group in a fast-paced, intensive format
  • Support learners towards assessment and achievement
Requirements
  • Experience delivering Functional Skills
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS or equivalent)
  • Confidence delivering online sessions
  • Strong organisation and time management
